Return Policy: 

Products that are eligible for return must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order.

  • Custom hats are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.

  • Customers will receive a store credit for any items that are eligible and approved for return. Store credits will be sent via email. Please allow 7-10 business days after delivery or returned goods for processing.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Final sale items, Closeout, liquidations, face masks, hats, custom products, print on demand products and gift cards cannot be returned.

Order Changes & Cancellation Requests
Please check your order before submitting. Once orders are placed it is not likely that we will be able to make changes or cancellations. Order cancellations, if it is possible, will receive store credit only if the order has not yet shipped. Orders may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt.
 
Damages / Order Errors
We try our best to provide you with great quality products and correct items as ordered. Although rare, mistakes or order issues do happen. Please open and inspect your items upon receipt. If your order is incorrect or damaged please email us within 7 days of your delivery date with photos that show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.
All damaged items are to be returned/received before a store credit is issued. We will provide a prepaid label for approved returns.

Shipping 

  • Please email coins@jlloydandcompany.com to initiate a return and receive return instructions.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for any lost return packages. When returning items, it is highly recommended that you use a shipping service that includes tracking and insurance.
